I am writing specifically about the world that SRP aims for. In other words, we have explained enough about the mechanism of special finance, so I will explain the next step.

The Mete Foundation explains that it is a foundation that manages SRP's astronomical assets. We are currently preparing enough assets as international bills of exchange to issue up to 1,300 trillion euros in euro credits. SRP's assets are so large that they can easily affect the global economy, so they can only be used in very limited ways.

The rules state that SRP assets can be used for general national projects only if the president or prime minister of a United Nations member state signs a contract. According to its rules, it can be said that the Mete Foundation is inviting UN member states for national governments and national projects that would like to utilize the assets of the SRP.

Simply put, it has been decided that $1.3 trillion in assets will be distributed to the approximately 200 United Nations member states over a 30-year period from 2020 to 2050. Even if you do simple calculations, each country could invest an average of around 5 trillion euros in national projects. Everyone please think about this. We need to consider a national project to use up 5 trillion euros by 2050.

There was a time in the good old days when, in Japan, there was a plan to rebuild the Japanese archipelago and use the reimbursement system allocated to Japan to maximize transportation infrastructure and national real estate development. The idea was that if the transportation infrastructure between rural and urban areas was established, people, goods, and money would flow from cities to rural areas, enriching the local economy.

In a sense, don't we need to do something similar to what was being discussed in the discussion of the Japanese archipelago reform around the world? We believe that it would be a good idea for national governments around the world to join the Mete Foundation, enter into a comprehensive contract with the Mete Foundation, and discuss local reform theories in member countries.

It can be said that it is important to create a livable environment for humankind while maintaining a sustainable global environment through grand development plans and environmental improvement projects.
If we can have this kind of image, it will be important to join the Mete Foundation, make full use of SRP's assets, and proactively make public investments as a national project.

Let me reiterate here that the method of utilizing SRP assets is that the president or prime minister of a United Nations member state can use the funds as funds for a national project. In some ways, that is the most important key to moving money.

Therefore, even though I have argued here that SRP has astronomical assets, the ways in which it can be used are limited, and no matter how much I advocate it, I will not be able to use even a single yen. However, the prime minister or president of a UN member state said, ``I understand, for the development of our country, SRP assets can be used as national projects for public investment, environmental improvement projects, energy development, medical care, education, agriculture, food, clothing, and shelter, and humanitarian aid.'' Funds can be used as projects for investments necessary for a nation's land and its people, such as financial support.

In such cases, the conditions are that there will be no improper use of bribes, etc., and that there will be no political pressure. If funds are used according to these conditions, SRP has almost unlimited assets, which means that it can always take on national projects. This does not mean simply distributing funds, but rather paying the necessary amount of funds in order to work and complete the national project, so it is not a windfall. Funds can be used for projects after the foundation manages the overall project.

However, when it comes to funds, if there is no way to recover the investment, it is not an investment target, and even if it is not profitable, necessary public investments should be made on an ongoing basis. I'm going to go.

It can be said that this system is not built on the government's burden or the citizen's burden. In all cases, the Mete Foundation will complete the national project by disbursing funds based on the comprehensive contract.

Please understand this system and with the assets provided by the Mete Foundation. It undertakes and invests in all public investment projects and national projects for member countries.

As I have said many times before, the only way to move the huge amount of assets related to SRP is if the president or prime minister of a UN member state says they want to use it for a national project, then the SRP's almost limitless financial resources can be moved. can do.

Please understand this important thing.
